Recipe ingredients
- 2 (180 g / 6 oz) cans tuna, flaked
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) stuffed green olives, chopped
- 3 scallions, sliced thinly
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) celery, in small dice
- 15 ml (1 Tbsp.) fresh parsley or basil, shredded
- 45 ml (3 Tbsp.) olive oil
- 15 ml (1 Tbsp.) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 75 ml (1/3 cup) canned mixed beans, rinsed and drained
- 6 (15 cm / 6 in) whole wheat tortillas
- 180 g (1 package) Saputo sliced marbled cheddar cheese
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine all the filling ingredients except the beans. Adjust the seasoning, add the beans and toss gently.
Place the tortillas on a work surface and divide the marbled cheddar slices evenly among them. Add an equal amount of filling to each.
Roll up, cut in half on the diagonal and wrap.
Suggestion
Leftover canned beans can be frozen and used later in a salad or soup.Kid tip
