Recipe ingredients
- 8 Slices Swiss cheese
- 8 oz (250g) Classic Turkey Breast Collection Artisan™, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) Cranberry sauce, canned
- 1 cup (250 mL) Baby spinach, or lettuce
- 4 Whole wheat tortillas (7 inch/17.5 cm)
Preparation
Divide cheese, turkey, cranberry sauce and spinach evenly between tortillas.
Fold each sandwich in half.
Grill sandwiches for 2 minutes on a panini press or in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Serve immediately.
Suggestion
Use leftover cooked chicken or turkey. For appetizers, fold filled tortillas in half, grill, cut into 6 small wedges and serve on a platter.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
