Recipe ingredients
- 3/4 lb. (320 g) pasta of your choice
- 30 mL (2 Tbsp.) olive oil
- 1 lb. (450 g) Quebec Pork inside round strips
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- 4 cups (1 L) Arctic Gardens Italian-style frozen vegetable mix
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) basil pesto
Preparation
Bring a large quantity of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to instructions on the package.
Heat oil in a large pan over high heat and brown pork for 3 to 4 minutes. Season generously. Add vegetables and continue cooking 4 to 5 minutes.
Add pesto and pasta. Stir well and serve immediately with freshly grated Parmesan.
