Recipe ingredients
- 2 cans (2 cans x 85 g) Clover Leaf flaked white tuna with lemon and pepper or Clover Leaf flaked white tuna with tomatoes and onions
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) salad sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) black olives, in slices
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped pecan nuts
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 Boston lettuce leaves
- 2 sesame seed Kaiser buns, cut in 2
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, garlic, salad sauce, olives and nuts.
Spread a small quantity of salad sauce on one side of buns and garnish with lettuce leaves.
Spread tuna preparation, place tomato slices and top with other bun halves.
