Recipe ingredients
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) sherry, port or red wine
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) cranberry jelly
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) corn starch
- 1 1/2 cup (375 mL) 10% cream
- Cranberries
Preparation
In a pan, add the sherry, port or red wine.
Bring to a boil, add chicken broth.
Add the cranberry jelly and cook on low heat until liquefied.
Dissolve the corn starch in the cream and add to the sauce.
Cook on low heat until the sauce thickens.
