Recipe ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) butter*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) whole wheat flour
- 1 cup (250 mL) cold skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) powdered milk
Preparation
Melt butter and add whole wheat flour.
Cook, stirring until frothy.
Pour in cold skim milk mixed with powdered milk.
Stir until thickened.
