syrup • 12 grain bread, slices of apple, touch of cinnamon, all topped with Gouda cheese • Rolled "Bleu Bénédictin" Pancakes |
| Lunch | • Mamirolle cheese omelette or quiche and fine herbs • Warm goat cheese salad • Fresh pasta, Boursin cheese sauce |

- The firmer the cheese, the higher its calcium content. Consequently, Cheddar contains more calcium than Brie.
- Most people who are lactose intolerant are able to consume yogurt and cheese without any problem, especially aged and matured to firm cheeses containing virtually no lactose.
