It’s really simple: use the attached cards to invite your
guests!
- A great tasting event includes three servings, and offers cheeses and wines of increasing intensity.

- First serving: start light Cheeses with subtle flavours, accompanied by rosé or white wines.
- Second serving: pick up the pace Cheeses with more assertive flavours, well balanced with light red wines.
- Third serving: go for the gusto Full-flavoured cheeses, highlighted with full-bodied wines and ports.
- Allow 250 grams of cheese per person.
- Remove cheeses from the fridge one hour before your tasting event.
- Set out a variety of breads, crackers, fruit and nuts to accompany all cheeses.
