Here are some tips for a successful tasting event:
  1. A great tasting event includes three servings, and offers cheeses and wines of increasing intensity.
    1. First serving: start light Cheeses with subtle flavours, accompanied by rosé or white wines.
    2. Second serving: pick up the pace Cheeses with more assertive flavours, well balanced with light red wines.
    3. Third serving: go for the gusto Full-flavoured cheeses, highlighted with full-bodied wines and ports.
  2. Allow 250 grams of cheese per person.
  3. Remove cheeses from the fridge one hour before your tasting event.
  4. Set out a variety of breads, crackers, fruit and nuts to accompany all cheeses.
