Some dads are gift-givers, some love to clown around, some love
sports, some are affectionate, some are just grown-up kids at
heart.
There are all kinds of dads but there is one thing for sure: all
dads love to BBQ!
Did you know?
Father's Day was not officially recognized before 1972
although it had been celebrated since the turn of the
century.

Barbecued Salmon... a few tips...
- To experience salmon at its tastiest, cook it directly on the grill. Just make sure the grill is clean and oiled.
- Whole salmon should be marinated first (no more than 30 minutes) or basted often during cooking. Combine oil with lime juice, garlic and fresh herbs. Brush this sauce on the fish and prepare your taste buds for a treat!
- Close the barbecue and cook 12-15 minutes per inch of
thickness.
