Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 lb
    (500 g)

    well-trimmed pork chops

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    canola oil

  • 1 can
    (284 mL)

    condensed low fat cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    water

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    sweet potato, cut in 3/4" (2 cm) chunks

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)

    garlic powder

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    dried parsley flakes, crushed

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)

    dried oregano leaves, crushed

Preparation

Brown pork chops well in heated oil at medium-high heat in skillet - about 4 minutes per side.

Add soup mixed with water and sweet potato, garlic powder, parsley flakes and oregano. Simmer, covered, until pork chops are cooked through - about 10 minutes.
