  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    mushrooms chopped

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    light cream cheese

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • 1

    garlic clove, minced

  • To taste, fresh chopped parsley

    ultra-moist superclub bread 100 % whole wheat pom lightly toasted

    salami or other cold cuts

  • 8

    mozzarella cheese

  • To taste tomato slices and spinach leaves

  • To taste Salt and pepper


In a non-stick frying pan, sauté mushrooms in butter.

Add cheese, mustard, garlic and parsley.

Spread mixture over each of the sandwich halves and garnish with salami, cheese, tomato slices and spinach.

Season and close sandwiches.
