    red wine

    ketchup

    liquid honey or brown sugar

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    soya sauce or worcestershire sauce

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    curry powder

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    coriander

  • 1

    garlic clove, minced

Preparation

Mix ingredients together in a glass bowl. Refrigerate.
