Ingredients

Add all
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 1

    garlic clove, chopped

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    your choice of fresh herbs (dill, basil, coriander, mint)

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Use liberally as a basting sauce for fish and seafood during cooking or as a marinade. Makes 1/4 cup (60 mL) of sauce.
