    turkey breast

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    mango purée

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)


  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    peanut oil

  • 1

    clove garlic, minced

  • 1/2

    lime, juice


Put boneless turkey breasts in an oven dish.

In a bowl, mix all the Antilles sauce ingredients.

Baste turkey breasts, roast at 350°F (180°C) 20 to 25 minutes.
