Ingredients

Add all
  • Dressing:

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    sunflower oil

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    white wine vinegar

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    dry mustard

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    sugar

  • To taste Salt and pepper

  • 4

    ripe avocados sliced

  • 6

    ripe nectarines pitted, cut into pieces

  • 2

    lemons juiced

  • 6

    crisp bacon crumbled (optional)

  • 1 3/4 cup
    (440 mL)

    walnut halves

  • 8 to 10

    boston lettuce

Preparation

Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Refrigerate.

Place the avocado slices and nectarines pieces in a salad bowl.

Moisten with lemon juice.

Incorporate the bacon and walnuts. Mix delicately.

Line salad bowls with lettuce leaves and place the salad on top.

Add the dressing.
