Ingredients

Add all

    (375 mL)

    can baby corn

  • 6

    mini bocconcini cheeses

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    julienned carrots

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    plain yogurt

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    crab-flavoured pollock

Preparation

Cut baby corn into pieces.

Cut mini bocconcini in two.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.

Serve with 12-grain bread.
