Baguette With Cooked Roast Beef  And Grilled Vegetables

    red bell pepper cut in strips

  • sufficient quantity, extra virgin olive oil

    ciabatta baguette

  • 10 oz
    (300 g)

    cooked roast beef, slices

  • 6 Tbsp.
    (90 mL)

    cattleman or bull's eye bbq sauce

  • garnish lettuce

  • garnish black olives

  • garnish green olives


Grilled vegetables.

On the barbecue, place the bell peppers, zucchini and red onion on the grill and cook them at the highest heat until they are brown.

Put the vegetables in a salad bowl and add a drizzle of olive oil. Season to taste and mix well. Let them cool.

Garnish the baguette with the slices of roast beef, spread BBQ sauce on the meat, divide up the cooled vegetables, arrange lettuce leaves.
