Baked Apples with Orange

    golden apples

  • 4

    apricots cubed

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)


  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    orange marmalade

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)



Wash apples, core without cutting to the bottom and cut a thin slice from the top of the apples.

Put apples in an oven dish.

In a bowl, mix apricot cubes, raisins and marmalade.

Stuff the apples and sprinkle the surplus on top.

Add water to the bottom of the dish

Bake at 375°F / 190°C, 45 minutes.

Baste as needed and serve hot.
