    (4 x 115 g)


  • 8 tsp.
    (40 mL)

    unpasteurized clover honey

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    cashews broken up


Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lay pieces of Brie on their sides in 4 ovenproof plates.

Pour 2 tsp. (10 mL) honey over each piece of cheese.

Sprinkle with cashews.

Bake 5-8 minutes or until Brie melts a little.
