  • 4

    beef brochettes

  • sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    sesame oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    balsamic vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    soya sauce

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    fresh chopped rosemary or thyme

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    ground pink pepper

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    beef concentrate

  • 4 leaves

    fresh sage

Preparation

Preheat the barbecue to medium.

In a glass bowl, mix all the basting sauce ingredients.

Brush with sauce the brochettes.

Grill beef brochettes 8 to 10 minutes, turning from time to time.

Baste during cooking.
