Ingredients

Add all
  • 2/3 cup
    (170 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    balsamic vinegar

  • 2

    cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    Salt

  • 1 pinch

    pepper

Preparation

In jar with tightly fitting lid, shake together oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper for 30 seconds.

Store in closed jar in refrigerator for 3-4 weeks.
