Barbecue Chicken with Orange-mint Sauce

Ingredients

Add all
  • sauce:

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    sour cream

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    plain yogurt (not fat-free)

  • juice and zest of 1 orange

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    honey

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    chopped fresh mint

  • 1

    garlic clove, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    dried basil

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    dried parsley

  • 8

    chicken thighs, skinned

Preparation

Preheat barbecue to medium-high.

In a bowl, mix sauce ingredients together. Refrigerate 30 min.

In another bowl, combine oil and seasonings. Brush meat with seasoned oil.

Place chicken thighs on the grill and cook 8-10 min per side.

Serve with orange-mint sauce.
