    lemon juice

  • fresh ground black pepper to taste

  • sauce no. 2: spicy mustard sauce

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    mayonnaise

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    sesame oil

  • 1

    shallot, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)

    cumin

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (2 mL)

    turmeric

  • sauce no. 3: chili sauce

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    chili sauce

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    honey

  • 1 1/2 tsp.
    (8 mL)

    fresh ginger

  • 2 drops

    Tabasco sauce

Preparation

Mix the ingredients for the desired sauce in a bowl.

Let stand 30 min. before serving to allow flavours to blend.
