Ingredients

Add all
  • marinade:

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    peanut oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    soya sauce

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    fresh-squeezed lemon juice

  • 2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    brown sugar

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    sesame seeds

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4

    chicken-vegetable brochettes

Preparation

In a shallow dish, mix marinade ingredients together. Add brochettes and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hrs. (maximum 24).

Preheat barbecue to medium.

Drain brochettes and put them on the grill.

Cook 5 to 8 min. per side.
