Ingredients

Add all
  • 3 cups
    (750 mL)

    water

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    orange juice

  • 4 1/2 lb
    (2 kg)

    pork cutlet

  • sauce:

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    ketchup

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    Maple syrup

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    water

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    prepared mustard

  • 1

    clove garlic, minced

  • To taste Salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix the water and orange juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.

Partly cook the ribs by simmering them in this mixture for approximately 45 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.

Brush the ribs with the sauce and grill for approximately 15 minutes per side.

Brush the ribs with the sauce twice during cooking.
