  • chili butter

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    softened salted butter

  • 1

    clove garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    chili powder

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    lemon juice

  • orange-rosemary butter

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    softened salted butter

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    finely chopped fresh rosemary

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    finely grated orange zest

  • corn

  • olive oil spray

Preparation

Chili Butter

Cream 1/3 cup (75 mL) softened Selection Salted Butter with 1 minced clove garlic and 1 tsp (5 mL) each Selection Chili Powder and lemon juice.

Orange-Rosemary Butter

Cream1/3 cup (75 mL) softened Selection Salted Butter with 2 tsp (10 mL) finely chopped fresh rosemary and 1 tsp (5 mL) finely grated orange zest.

Corn

Spray shucked ears of corn with Irresistibles Olive Oil Spray.

Barbecue over medium heat for 15 minutes, turning often, until browned and kernels are tender.

Serve corn with flavoured butters.
