    T-bone steaks

  • To taste cayenne pepper and whole black pepper

  • 2

    red onions quartered

  • To taste, diced sweet potatoes

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    crushed garlic

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    beef consommé


Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.

Grill the steaks for 2 to 4 minutes on each side for medium doneness.

Season with spices near the end of the cooking time.

Skewer the onions and diced sweet potatoes.

In a bowl, mix the oil, garlic and consommé. Brush on the skewered vegetable
