Beef Brochettes with Soy Sauce

Add all
  • 2 lbs
    (900 g)

    cubed beef (4 to 6 cubes/brochette)

  • marinade:

  • soy sauce

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    rice vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    liquid honey

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    ground white pepper

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    chicken concentrate


In a glass bowl, combine all marinade ingredients.

Put beef cubes in the marinade and coat well. Cover and marinate about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Preheat the barbecue to medium.

Remove beef cubes from the marinade, drain well and thread on brochettes.

Grill the beef brochettes 8 to 10 minutes, turning from time to time.
