Beef Spring Rolls

Add all
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 lb
    (225 g)

    beef strips

  • 1

    rice paper

  • 1/4

    celtuce (chinese lettuce), shredded

  • 2

    green onions, thinly sliced

  • 1

    package of fresh coriander

  • thai peanut sauce to taste


In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

Sauté beef strips on high heat to desired degree of doneness. Keep warm.

Dip wrappers, one at a time, in warm water until soft. Remove from water.

To make a roll, place some filling (beef strips, celtuce, green onion and coriander) 1/3 up from the edge of a wrapper.

Fold the bottom up tightly over the filling, then side over tightly.

As they are finished, transfer the rolls to a platter and cover with a slightly damp cloth.
