    whole oyster mushrooms

  • 2

    onions, cut in halves, blanched

  • 4

    potatoes, cut in halves, blanched

  • maître d'hotel butter

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)


  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    fresh lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)


  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    fresh parsley, chopped


Using a blender, cream butter and mix in other ingredients. Set aside.

Preheat grill, medium heat.

Grill tournedos and vegetables, brushing them generously with maître d'hôtel butter.
