Ingredients

Add all
  • optionnal gluten-free granola bars

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    soft tofu

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    milk 2%

  • 1 3/4 cups
    (440 mL)

    orange juice

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    blueberries

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    strawberries

  • 1

    egg

  • honey to taste

Preparation

In a blender, mix tofu, milk, orange juice, frozen fruit and egg together.

Add honey to taste.

The drink should be thick and smooth.
