Ingredients

Add all
  • 4

    blue marlin

  • marinade:

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    lime juice

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    fresh coriander, chopped

  • 5 tsp.
    (25 mL)

    honey

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    crushed chilli

  • 4 tsp.
    (20 mL)

    parsley, chopped

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    jalapeño, chopped

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    oregano, dried

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    olive oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in the marinade and pour on the shark steaks.

Let marinate, turning them, 1hour.

Remove the steaks from the marinade and cook on the barbecue over medium heat or in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 4 to 5 minutes each side.
