Bok Choy with Curry

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    Maple syrup

  • 1

    medium onion minced

  • 2

    cloves of minced garlic

  • 3 cups
    (750 mL)

    minced bok choy

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    curry powder

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chicken bouillon concentrate low in salt


In a saucepan, heat Becel margarine and maple syrup.

Add rest of ingredients ; cook, stirring constantly for 4 to 5 minutes.

Serve very hot. Add some chicken strips or tofu for a great meal.
