Camembert Dip

Camembert Dip
  • 2 cups (500 mL)

Add all
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    whipping cream

  • 1/2 lb
    (225 g)

    camembert cheese

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)

    dried dill

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Use a strainer to drain cottage cheese.

Put all ingredients in a food processor jar and blend until smooth.

Refrigerate until use.
