Cappuccino and Biscotti Iced Chicken Sauce

Ingredients

Add all
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    oil

  • 1

    onion, chopped

  • 1 1/2 cup
    (375 mL)

    orange juice or chicken stock

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chicken concentrate

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    ketchup

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    cappuccino and biscotti ice cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a saucepan, heat oil over high heat. Add onion, orange juice or chicken stock, chicken concentrate, ketchup, Nescafé® Cappuccino and Biscotti ice-cream, salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
