Ingredients

Add all
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    mayonnaise

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    red wine vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    honey

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    grated fresh ginger

  • 2

    garlic cloves, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 1/2 cups
    (375 mL)

    grated celeriac

  • 1 1/2 cups
    (375 mL)

    grated peeled carrots

  • Chopped fresh parsley to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper together.

In another bowl mix celeriac and carrots together.

Add dressing and toss.
