Ingredients

Add all
  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    peeled, grated celeriac

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    wine vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and wine vinegar together to make remoulade sauce. Stir in celeriac.

Season with salt and pepper.
