Cheese Fondue Flavoured with Juice and Milk Cocktail

    (45 mL)


  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    pause santé juice and milk cocktail

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)


  • 4 cups
    (1 L)

    Emmental cheese grated

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    chicken concentrate

  • cayenne pepper to taste

  • 1

    baguette in cubes


In a double boiler, combine butter, Pause Santé Oasis® Juice and Milk Cocktail and cornstarch.

Bring to a boil; add grated cheese and chicken concentrate; stir until cheese is melted.

Add cayenne pepper.

Pour in a fondue pot and heat at low temperature.

Dip bread cubes into cheese fondue.
