Add all
  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    canned chick peas drained and rinsed

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    cooked rice

  • 2

    green onions, minced

  • 1

    green pepper, diced

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    celery, minced

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)


  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    chopped fresh parsley

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    honey dijonnaise dressing


In a salad bowl, combine all ingredients except dressing.

Add dressing and mix well.

Cover and let stand 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
