Ingredients

    cooked chicken breasts skinless and boneless

    cooked baby potatoes cut in quarters

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    cooked green beans cut in small pieces

  • 10

    sliced mushrooms

  • 1

    medium onion chopped

  • 2

    celery cut in pieces with leaves

  • 1/2

    chopped green pepper

  • 2

    shallots cut in rings

  • 1

    crushed garlic clove

  • 1

    head of romaine lettuce

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)

    pepper

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    parsley

Preparation

Let the chicken, potatoes and green beans cool.

Mix all the ingredients.

Serve cold with a vinaigrette of your choice and raw vegetables.
