Chicken Breast Stuffed with Pesto and Dried Fruits

Ingredients

Add all
  • 4

    boneless and skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    sunflower oil

  • stuffing

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    tomatoes dried, marinated, minced

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    pesto

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    dried apples chopped

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    raisins

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    pine nuts roasted

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    cheese grated

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    chicken concentrate

Preparation

Preheat grill, medium heat.

Cut lengthwise incision into chicken breasts.

In a bowl, combine stuffing ingredients. Mix well.

Stuff chicken breasts. Close with wooden pick.

Grill 10 to 15 minutes, brushing often.
