Chicken Breasts Vegetable Bundles

Add all
  • 4x4-5 oz
    (4x120-150 g)

    fresh boneless chicken breasts, 4 to 5 oz (120 to150 g) each

  • 1

    fresh tomato, sliced

  • 1

    white onion, sliced

  • 8

    mushrooms, minced

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    fresh chopped basil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chicken concentrate

  • 4

    fresh rosemary

  • 8

    black pitted olives


Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.

Place chicken breasts on a sheet of oiled aluminium foil.

Add remaining ingredients, then fold up aluminium foil and seal bundles.

Place bundles on the grill and barbecue 10 to 15 minutes.
