Chicken Brochettes with Peanut Sauce

Add all
  • sauce:

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    crunchy peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    plain yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    lime juice

  • 1 tsp.
    (15 mL)

    chopped fresh coriander

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

  • 4

    chicken brochettes


In a bowl, mix sauce ingredients together. Set aside.

Barbecue or pan-fry brochettes, 4-5 minutes per side.

Serve brochettes with cold sauce, fried spinach and white rice flavoured with coriander.
