Chicken-cheese Pita Wraps

    cooked chicken breast

  • 2

    yellow cheddar cheese strings, shredded

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)


  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    chili sauce

  • 2

    medium pitas

  • bread and butter pickles to taste


Shred chicken breast into thin strips and set aside.

Shred cheese sticks into thin strips and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and chili sauce.

Spread chili mayonnaise on pitas.

Top with shredded chicken and cheese. Add pickles.

Roll pitas up and secure with a toothpick or wrap rolls with plastic wrap.

Serve with prepared tabbouleh.
