Ingredients

Add all
  • 2

    12 grain bread

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    softened goat cheese with herbs

  • 1/3-1/2 cup
    (80-125 mL)

    cooked chicken or 3 slices of chicken breast

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    roasted red peppers, thinly sliced

  • alfalfa sprouts, to taste

  • salt and ground pepper, to taste

Preparation

Spread goat cheese on the slices of bread.

Evenly place the chicken, roasted red pepper slices and sprouts on

bread.

Top with remaining slice of bread, then cut in half.
