Chicken Kebabs with Ginger

  • 4

    skewers chicken with vegetables

  • ginger marinade:

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    spoonable salad dressing

  • 2

    cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    fresh, chopped ginger

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chicken broth

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    curry powder

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    Harissa sauce


Mix all marinade ingredients together in a glass bowl.

Place skewers in it and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.

Drain well and place kebabs on the oiled grill and barbecue 3 to 5 minutes per side.

Serve with tzatziki sauce or cucumbers feta salad.
