Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 1/4 cup
    (315 mL)

    ready to use 30% less sodium chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    fresh basil, chopped

  • 3 cups
    (750 mL)

    hot cooked rotini or fusilli

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    cherry tomatoes

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    frozen peas

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    cooked chicken, cubed

  • 1

    small red onion, chopped

Preparation

Mix broth, mayonnaise, cheese and basil in a large bowl. TOSS in remaining ingredients and mix well.

Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
