    olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    lemon juice


Preheat the barbecue to medium.

Brush chicken vegetable brochettes with oil.

Put on a sheet of oiled aluminium foil; cook 6 minutes, turning often.

near the end of cooking, coat brochettes in grated parmesan cheese.

Sprinkle with lemon juice; continue cooking 1 to 2 minutes.

To oven-broil

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Oil chicken brochettes, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Put chicken brochettes in the oven; cook 12 to 15 minutes.
