fresh chicken wings
extra virgin olive oil
cloves garlic, crushed
red potato, chopped
tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
peeled, finely chopped cucumber
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.
On a sheet of oiled aluminium foil,
place chicken wings.
In a glass bowl, mix olive oil and cider vinegar together.
Baste wings with the sauce.
Barbecue wings 5 to 7 minutes, turning them frequently.
In a glass bowl, mix all hot salsa ingredients together and serve with wings.
