  • 1 lb
    (450 g)

    ground beef

  • 1

    extra-large egg

  • 1

    onion, finely chopped

  • 1

    clove garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)


  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    chili seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    Worcestershire sauce


In a bowl, break up ground beef with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients except the Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.

Shape 4 patties and brush with Worcestershire sauce. Barbecue until the meat is no longer pink. Serve.
